Steel horizontal tank

Purpose: A steel horizontal tank is intended for storage of oil and its derivatives (except fuel oil and AD Blue), and it can also be used to store other non-aggressive liquids. It can be installed above ground or underground.

Technical characteristics: The tank is cylindrical and it is made by welding from steel sheet S235JR.  These tanks correspond to standards SRPS EN 12285-1, SRPS EN 12285-2, type S. Connections are placed on the cover of the inspection opening. We can offer you a standard arrangement of connections that corresponds to the general purpose of the tank. Also, it is possible to make the tank’s dimensions and layout and dimensions of the connections completely according to the customer’s request. The tanks are delivered without supports as standard, and they can be delivered with supports at the customer’s request. Also, along with the tanks for underground installation, it is possible to deliver a set of manholes or only manhole bases and tapes used to attach the tank to the concrete foundation. Each tank is protected against corrosion. In the case of tanks for underground installation, external protection is performed with a bitumen tape tested for a breakdown voltage of 14,000V. The external protection does not attack the steel and is resistant to the corrosive influence of the soil. Internal protection can be performed at the customer’s request using coatings resistant to the effects of the stored liquid. It is possible to perform both external and internal anti-corrosion protection with coatings on the above-ground tanks

Steel horizontal double-skin tank

Purpose: A steel horizontal double-skin tank is intended for the storage of oil and its derivatives (except fuel oil), and it can also be used to store other non-aggressive liquids. It is installed where increased safety, soil, and environmental protection from pollution are required. It can be installed above ground or underground.

Technical characteristics: The tank is cylindrical and it is made by welding from steel sheet S235JR.

These tanks correspond to standards SRPS EN 12285-1; SRPS EN 12285-1, type D.
